Bakshi memorial public school was started by Sri. Sunil kumar singh on 04 th April, 1998, in his hometown , lalganj, in the fond memory of late Shri Raj kishore Singh “Bakshiji”, an eminent social figure of the Raebareli District to promote and generate educational excellence and to foster physical, cultural, spiritual and intellectual development among its children. Since then thanks to the co-operation of all, it has shown tremendous growth and progress.

It has no become a place of umparalleled scenic beauty and eco-friendliness. Here the Gurus and the disciples stay, work and learn together keeping in tune with the school motto “Tamaso ma jyotirgamay” .

Dear Parent/Guardian, As our Country enters into 78th year’ of its Independence, B.M.P.S. welcomes all the students to celebrate this occasion. In this regard kindly note the following: 1) School timing on 15-08-2024 (Thursday) will be 08:30 am to 12:00 noon. 2) Students are required to come to school without books, notebooks or any stationary. 3) Students are required to come to school in proper neat and clean white uniform. 4) Students are required to carry only lunch boxes and water bottles with them. 5) Bringing electronic gadgets to school is totally prohibited. If any student is found with any gadget, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.

Dear Parent / Guardian Please take note of the following: The school will remain closed for summer vacation from 14/05/2024 (Tuesday) to 29/06/2024 (Saturday) and will reopen from 01/07/2024 (Monday) as per the regular summer school timing. Guardians are required to ensure that the Holiday Home Work of their ward is completed before the school commences. School office will remain open on all working days for admission and other administrative purposes. Please clear the dues of your ward till the month of June during this time, failing which she/he will not be permitted to take periodic assessment in July.

From the Director’s Desk

Let me take this opportunity to introduce our school as a quality oriented institution dedicated to the forwarding of the educational standards of the rural area of the lalganj. We have been working tirelessly for the upgradation of the educational standards of the area. Our goals for the holistic education are very well reflected in the realization of the ISO 9001: 2008 standards .

The foundations of the school were laid on the ideals and expectations of Sir Raj kishore singh “Bakshiji,” a name that needs to introduction. He was a seminal figure who, not only redfined the way commerce was conduted in the district but also has a vision for the modernization of the educational standards in the locality. A staunch believer of karma yoga of Gita, Bakshiji dedicated his life to the upliftment of society at large when the foundation stones of the school were laid, we knew we have to go a long way before we become a force in the field of education.


Large Sports Ground

School has one of the largest playgrounds in the city for outdoor games with facilities as Cricket field, Football and Hockey ground, Lawn tennis, Skating ring, Cycling Track, Athletic Tracks .Besides this facilities for indoor games is prevalent.

There is a well-organized transport facility in the school. To ensure the well-being and safety of students, private transporters other those recognized by the school are not permitted. All buses are well-equipped with modern facilities like cozy seats, emergency exits, speed control devices, first aid boxes, etc.
